| news at this point, but upon re-installing my motor after adding a few goodies at that time, the Z1's caused issues like what many others have already mentioned: -idle problems -Poor sealing -Incorrectly clocked key on the TPS mount makes it difficult/impossible to adjust the throttle position sensor correctly. -The seals are not the greatest quality, so they leak under boost. - The throttle plate doesn't mate perfectly with the bore to control base idle. Hold it up to a light source like many have done here an posted pics, an mine have blatant gaps. (Their quality control for this product fell asleep on the job). -Leaking through the linkage seals. *** due to a combination of the above listed obvious issues, my Z would cut off when doing hard sudden braking without depressing the clutch an partially giving it gas to keep the RPM's up...etc,etc... Long story short, I rigged it up much like most have done to make it work, but it's very annoying to say the least. All I would want from Z1 at this point is store credit towards a different item, because these chrome CNC units are about as useful as the paper weights on my desk in my office. (bought them through the 3ZC group buy about 2yrs back, so I haven't bothered looking into the fiasco which Z1 puts you through yet, where you have to contact the originating vendor of the purchase, provide the original receipt, date, time of purchase, what color shirt you were wearing, did you have socks on, are you married, blood type, W2 for that year, blah, blah, blah) So I'm patiently waiting with the rest of the TT.net hornets nest for Rob'Z units to drop, done deal. You an some others may have had plug an play success, but seemingly most had more issues with them, than merits to shout on a mountain top.
